STEEN'S SYRUP
A Staple of the Cajun/Creole Kitchen since 1910
I love Steen's cane syrup! I grew up with its rich goodness and nothing else compares. From pancakes, biscuits and French Toast to popcorn balls and pecan pie, Steen's is the only syrup for me. I can't purchase it here in Chicago so I order in bulk and savor every drop. Many restaurants around the country purport to be "New Orleans style" - most are sadly inauthentic. But I remember finally walking into one here in the Midwest years ago - when I saw they had Steen's Cane Syrup and Tabasco sauce on every table, I said, "they might know what they're doing!" Long live Steen's!

I have always loved molasses on my biscuits and now I have found Steen’s Cane Syrup. I use it on biscuits, pancakes, waffles, and cornbread. I look forward to using it, and your molasses, in several of the recipes I have found. Steen’s is a Culinary Treasure of the South!!

I grew up in Alabama and we always had Steen's Syrup on the table. We eat Steen's on biscuits, toast, LOVE the pecan pie recipe, and it's my secret ingredient to my turnip greens and roasted Brussel sprouts!

My Momma used ONLY Steen's Cane Syrup for pancakes waffles and pecan pies. I plan on introducing my daughter-in-law to Steen's. I'm going to make a pecan pie and also use the syrup blend for pancakes and waffles. Steen's is the best syrup and I'm so glad I can buy it online.

I loved pecan pie as a kid but stopped eating corn syrup products ages ago. Hint: I am now 70! Hence, no more pecan pie. I saw a recipe that claimed it was the ONLY recipe anyone should use for the best pecan pie and it stressed only pure sugar cane syrup to be used. I searched, found it, used it and thought I had reached heaven. Everyone who tastes my pecan pies have a “When Harry Met Sally” moment in the restaurant. Watch the movie, if you haven’t a clue what I am talking about. You will know and you’ll buy this before the movie ends.
